A decade ago, I watched my own mother — a hardworking business owner — be taken advantage of by a marketing firm that promised results but delivered very little. What stood out most wasn’t just the poor execution, but the mindset behind it: prioritizing fees over people, contracts over outcomes.
That experience shaped everything that followed.
Rather than continue working within an industry that often puts its own interests first, I chose to build something different — a firm grounded in transparency, accountability, and genuine partnership.
